Return Eligibility
General Policy: Returns are generally accepted, with exceptions for items bought from Yahoo Auction Japan, as these are predominantly used items. An acknowledgment of the non-returnable nature of these products is required before purchase.
Condition of Items: Items must remain in their original, unused condition for eligibility. Altered items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
Used Items, Heavy Items, and Vehicles: Returns are not possible for used items, heavy parts like engines, and vehicles.
Merchandise, Accessories, and New Items: Returns are possible for merchandise, accessories, and any item sold new and unused by the customer, with shipping fees below $30.
